Really dry

I usually love waitrose products, but this turkey was very, very dry and the taste of the pepper crust was far to strong, it completely overwhelmed any other flavours and burned up your mouth.

Agree with Mina found this very moist and seasoning was to my taste, a worry free meal and took min effort to produce a perfect Sunday lunch!

I found this dish too peppery and the pepper overwhelmed the flavour of the turkey - which seemed quite tasteless on its own

Tasty and effortless turkey

This does exactly what it promises: easy to cook, even the roasting pan is supplied (sturdy aluminium) and the taste is superb - succulent, not a gristle or sinew in sight. Good for dinner parties too - 1 roast will feed about 3-4. This product is also very good served cold - easy to slice thinly and impressive on a buffet table.
