This is nice sweet stuff, but for hot chocolate I find marshmallows easier to float for a similar effect.

Whether it's on or in cake, on a peanut butter sandwich, in hot coco or just by the spoon. You will love it. Try adding it to buttercream frosting for fairy cakes. Divine.

It's the stuff they put in teacakes; only you can put it on toast or crumpets. Classic American staple (corn syrup based) - you'll either love it or think it's a little weird. I think it's a great product personally.
