These things are fab - I've used them in paella, with chicken and chickpeas, sauteed with garlic and red wine as a snack and with eggs for a Sunday brunch. Very handy to keep on hand for a tasty meal.

With over 2 weeks before the expiry date on the packaging I decided to use them and found that they were covered in mould so can't reccomend.

These little chorizo sausages are brilliant for adding to pork or chicken along with some onions and tomatoes. They turn an ordinary casserole into a delicioushly rich and slightly spicy meal.

This Chrizo is fab - I have been using it regulary as Tapas with drinks etc - but also adds a fantastic lift to other dishes by adding a bit to pasta sauces, casseoles and rustic one-pot meaty suppers etc. Great flavour.
